Individual Investor Sentiment Rangebound

Individual investor sentiment rose modestly in the latest week (from 28.70% up to 32.64%), but still remains range bound.  As shown in the chart below, over the last two months the weekly reading of bullish sentiment from the American Association of Individual Investors (AAII) has been moving within a narrowing range of higher lows and lower highs.
